1. Pre-order Requirement
All orders must be placed at least 2 days in advance.

2. Ordering Period 
Order period: 14 Nov 2025 – 23 Dec 2025.

3. Early-bird Promotion
Enjoy our Early-bird Promo from 14 Nov 2025 – 4 Dec 2025 only. 

4. Delivery Period
Delivery will start from 19 Dec 2025 – 25 Dec 2025.

5. Order Cut-off Time
Daily order cut-off time: 3:00 PM. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be considered as next-day orders. 

6. Order Changes & Cancellation
Any changes or cancellations must be informed at least 2 days in advance before 3:00 PM. Late changes or cancellations will not be accepted. 

7. Delivery & Pick-up
Delivery is available within selected areas only — covering postcodes 43000 to 68199, excluding 62000, 63000, 43500, 43800, 47000 and 48000–48200.
Delivery fee will be charged separately. Self pick-up is available at our Subang Jaya outlet ONLY. 

8. Delivery Time Slot 
Delivery time slots are fixed and subject to route arrangement. Specific delivery time requests may not be guaranteed. 

9. Payment Terms 
Full payment is required upon order confirmation. Orders without payment will not be processed. 

10. Food Handling
We are not responsible for any food quality issues due to improper storage after delivery. 

11. Limited Quantity
All product are available in limited quantities and subject to availability. 

12. Company Rights 
Rinjin Shokudo reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion, terms, or delivery schedule without prior notice.
